Processing time
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days from order time. 
MyHairOnline.com does not guarantee same-day shipping.
Inaccurate billing and shipping information will delay the process.

Delivery Options
Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 4-7 business days once it is shipped.
Estimated delivery time for Express Shipping is 3 business days once it is shipped.
Estimated delivery time for Express Plus Shipping is 2 business days once it is shipped. 

Flat-rate Ground and Free Shipping
Flat-rate ground shipping of $4.99 and Free shipping on orders over $75 will only be 
applied to the orders shipped to 48 contiguous states. 
All other orders will be charged depending on the size of package and its destination.

Flat-rate ground shipping and free shipping will take 4–7 business days once the package is shipped.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in any cases.

Shipping Carriers
MyHairOnline.com uses USPS or UPS to ship orders.
PO Box and APO/FPO address will only be delivered with USPS.

Military and international deliveries
APO/FPO delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks from the order date.
Delivery time to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.
International delivery may take up to 1 month and MyHairOnline.com is not responsible for Customs clearance 
nor any taxes and duties for the shipped items.

Unclaimed or returned packages
Customers are responsible to provide valid shipping information. 
Shipping charge will not be refunded for unclaimed or returned packages.  
All returned merchandises are subject to 20% restocking fee.
