All merchandise returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please request your RMA number from our website under “My Account.”
All clearance and final sale item are not eligible for return.
If wrong item is received, RMA must be requested within 5 business days from the delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with the product, RMA must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
All return merchandises must be in its original product package and original condition.
All wigs, weaves, braids and hair pieces cannot be returned if it is taken out of the package as it will not retain the original curl or style.
Return items must be returned to us within 14 days from RMA approval.
Ineligible return items will only be returned at customer’s cost.
All delivery dates are based on the tracking information from mail carriers.
Once the return merchandises are received, our return department will inspect the merchandise and refund for the item will be issued.
All return merchandises are subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping charge is not refundable.
